My mission as an urban and economic geographer is to understand how we make the cities and spaces in which we make our lives. My primary research interests include digital economies and user experiences, crowds/crowd thinking, urban governance, and social and economic justice. I have consulted on projects in alternative finance, higher education, and non-profits.
